Beautifully designed and neat room, I really enjoyed the hotel!

Every detail of the hotel was awesome, all the staff were exceptionally friendly and amicable. The room with kitchenette. The property had a favourable location just walking distance from Vip Holbox Experience.

This place was conveniently located in the heart of the town, near the center, ferry terminal, and the beach.

Separate room with good aircon and balcony, as example. Good and unbeatable location, walking distance to everywhere. Also, easy to get to Holbox Island...

The room was modern and stylish, with nice hot showers, located centrally near the ferry station and the center.

Spent new years at a hotel that initially looked decent with clean and spacious rooms. Enjoyed two complementary facts offered by the hotel. It was located close to the ferry station making it convenient to travel around and explore the place. the breakfast served at the rooftop was really amazing.

The soundproofing of the rooms was terrible as noise from the street could be heard throughout the night. the receptionist was very unhelpful and rude when approached for addressing these issues.

The hotel's location is great for exploring the area and is relatively close to the center of the island where you can easily grab breakfast or dinner. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the pool area is relaxing. the clean and comfortable rooms offer little kitchenettes with fridges, allowing you to store some of your food while on the island.

The noise levels can be disruptive at times due to the nearby construction, and some parts of the hotel can be a bit noisy with people partying at night.

This hotel on a beautiful island offers great value for money. The rooms are clean with a small kitchenette where you can prepare your own meals. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel at home. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the center and the beach.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways! the value for money was fantastic. The prices were reasonable for what you get in return. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. From the small kitchenette in the room to the nice hot showers, everything was well thought out. Lastly, the location was perfect. The hotel was on the edge of town, making it relatively close to the center where I could go for breakfast or dinner. Also, it was conveniently located between the ferry station and downtown, making it easy to explore the area.

All was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.

The hotel had a beautiful design and was nicely furnished. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. the rooms were kept clean and tidy on a daily basis, which was a big plus.

There were a few negative aspects that detracted from the overall experience. there was a lot of garbage and flooding in the streets surrounding the hotel, making it difficult to access some areas by foot.

We had a great stay at this hotel with clean and spacious rooms decorated nicely. The hotel facilities were fantastic with a great pool area including a baby pool. The location was close to the center and everywhere on the island was accessible by foot. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.
